Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Data Entry Specialist to support our care coordination team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining client and case management records related to healthcare services, referrals, and outreach. This hybrid position includes both field and remote work within the Chicagoland area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update client and case management information in internal databases.

  • Maintain precise records of healthcare services, referrals, and outreach activities.

  • Verify data integrity and ensure consistency across platforms.

  • Organize and analyze information using MS Excel for reporting and tracking.

  • Use Office 365 tools (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) for documentation and communication.

  • Collaborate with care coordinators and administrative staff to process client data efficiently.

  • Identify, investigate, and correct data errors or discrepancies.

  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations and company data security policies.

Requirements
