What You’ll Do

As a Stocking, Backroom, and Receiving Associate, you’ll make sure our customers can always find the products they’re looking for. Your responsibilities may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading delivery trucks, stocking shelves, and assisting customers as needed. Depending on your shift, you might be replenishing frozen items, organizing seasonal products, or managing freight flow. This role is fast-paced and physically active — like getting paid for a workout!

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $26.00.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
